abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic capacitor having long life characteristics, low impedance characteristics and good low temperature characteristics. The electrolytic capacitor of the present invention is a mixed paper containing a salt containing dicyanamide as an anion, an electrolytic solution containing 20 to 80 wt% sulfolane, a separator made of synthetic resin, a separator made of carbonized paper, or glass fiber. The electrolyte solution further contains 75 wt% or less of γ-butyrolactone.
