abstract | Provided is a method by which a surface uneven sheet having a surface uneven structure can be easily produced without using inorganic or organic fine particles. An ultraviolet curable resin material including at least a pentaerythritol acrylate ultraviolet curable resin material or a tris (2-hydroxyethyl) isocyanurate acrylate ultraviolet curable resin material, and a non-sensitivity to the ultraviolet curable resin material. A first step of mixing a compatible polypropylene glycol to prepare a coating liquid, a phase separation structure in which the coating liquid is applied to a substrate, and the ultraviolet curable resin material and the polypropylene glycol are phase-separated. A second step of producing a coating film comprising: a cured film in which the coating film is cured, the ultraviolet curable resin material is cured, and the phase separation structure is fixed; A third step of removing the polypropylene glycol and forming a molded body having a surface uneven structure.
