titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of substrate having multi-functional layer |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a substrate having a multifunctional layer having a zirconium oxide layer excellent in durability (high hardness, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, heat resistance) as a surface layer. Carbon is obtained by heat-treating the surface of a substrate having at least a surface layer made of zirconium, a zirconium alloy, a zirconium alloy oxide or zirconium oxide in an atmosphere in which chemical species including carbon and oxygen are supplied to the surface. A substrate having a multifunctional layer composed of a doped zirconium oxide layer or a carbon-doped zirconium alloy oxide layer is provided. [Selection figure] None |
