abstract A primary gas hydrate after dehydration is crushed to have a uniform particle size, and further reacted with a raw material gas in a second generation part to increase the surface area of the gas hydrate, It is an object of the present invention to provide a gas hydrate manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus capable of efficiently generating a secondary gas hydrate having a high concentration. A crushing unit is provided at a connecting portion between a dehydrating unit and a second generating unit, a mesh unit provided in the vicinity of an inlet to the second generating unit, a shaft, and a tip of the shaft. A scraping portion constituted by a provided scraping action portion, wherein the scraping action portion passes through the outlet of the dewatering portion and reciprocates between the mesh portion in the axial direction. The scraping action part is formed so as to be capable of being rotated about an axis, including crushing teeth for crushing the primary gas hydrate. [Selection] Figure 1
