titleOfInvention Process for producing polyalkylene ether polyamide
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a production method in which the rate of increase in the viscosity of polymerization (polymerization rate) is stable, and to improve the productivity of polyalkylene ether polyamides. Another object of the present invention is to obtain a more stable quality polyalkylene ether polyamide by removing the lower amine impurities from the polyalkylene ether diamine and then subjecting it to polymerization. When polymerizing a polyamide-forming monomer containing at least a polyalkylene ether diamine containing a lower amine impurity and a dicarboxylic acid, the lower amine impurity of the polyalkylene ether diamine having a carboxyl group amount of the dicarboxylic acid added is included. A method for producing a polyalkylene ether polyamide, characterized in that a dicarboxylic acid is added and polymerization is carried out so that a molar ratio to the total amino group amount (carboxyl group amount / total amino group amount) is 0.9 to 1.0.
