abstract A gas cyclone suitable for collecting adhesive powder in an air current without clogging, and a method for collecting catalyst precursor powder using the gas cyclone. A gas cyclone according to the present invention comprises a scraper rotating inside a lower discharge pipe of a gas cyclone, and a method for collecting catalyst precursor powder is a slurry containing a catalyst component. The gas stream containing the resulting catalyst precursor powder is supplied to a gas cyclone equipped with a scraper that rotates inside the lower discharge pipe of the gas cyclone, and the catalyst precursor is continuously rotated while the scraper rotates continuously.
