PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel aminoalkoxystyrene polymer expected to be useful as a functional polymer, a method for producing the same, and use thereof. A homopolymer of aminoalkoxystyrenes or a copolymer with another vinyl monomer is reacted with an alkyl halide to give the following general formula (1): (Wherein R 1 and R 2 may be the same or different and each represents a C 1 to C 4 alkyl group.
