PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition excellent in flexibility without changing the viscosity while arbitrarily changing the glass transition temperature of an aliphatic polyester having a glass transition temperature of 0 ° C. or less. SOLUTION: A resin composition containing, as a main component, a mixture of an aliphatic polyester resin having a glass transition temperature of 0 ° C. or less and a phenoxy resin, and the proportion of the phenoxy resin in the mixture is from 35% by mass. A resin composition, which is large and 60% by mass or less. Moreover, the film formed using the said resin composition. [Selection figure] None |
