abstract |
[PROBLEMS] To achieve a high quality and low cost by molding a preform obtained by shaping a laminate of a dry reinforcing fiber base material for resin transfer molding without demolding and transporting the preform. Production method and preform of fiber reinforced plastic and provision of fiber reinforced plastic. A reinforcing fiber base laminate and a molding auxiliary material for injecting a matrix resin are placed on a shaping die having a convex portion on a base plate, and the laminate and molding are further provided. Cover the auxiliary material with a rubber sheet, seal the space between the rubber sheet and the shaping mold, and then vacuum the space to form the reinforcing fiber base laminate with the shaping base plate and the convex shape. After the shaping process is completed, the matrix sheet is injected into the sealed space and the reinforcing fiber base is formed in a state where the rubber sheet is continuously vacuumed.
