abstract By mounting a blood measurement chip including a puncture needle, the urging force of a puncture mechanism when the puncture needle is delivered is easily and reliably charged. A blood measurement chip 20 having a puncture needle 18 is provided with a cap 164 covering a contact portion 142, and the cap 164 is directed toward a casing 12 to which the blood measurement chip 20 is attached. An extending pressing pin 168 is provided. When the blood measuring chip 20 is mounted on the block portion 16 in the casing 12, the slide shaft 86 and the holder 64 are displaced while the pair of guide springs 62 are compressed by the pressing pin 168, and the holder 64 is locked.
