abstract | A multilayer solid electrolytic capacitor capable of further reducing ESL is provided. A plurality of capacitor elements having an anode portion 8 on one side and a cathode portion 9 on the other side are arranged so that the cathode portions 9 overlap and the anode portions 8 are alternately aligned at the first position and the second position. A laminated body 12 formed by laminating, an anode terminal 13 and a cathode terminal 14 which are respectively arranged and connected corresponding to the anode portion 8 and the cathode portion 9 in the laminated body 12, and the anode terminal 13 and the cathode terminal 14 An exterior for sealing at least one part of the anode terminal 13 and the cathode terminal 14 with the at least one ceramic capacitor 17 connected therebetween, the laminate 12, the anode terminal 13, the cathode terminal 14 and the ceramic capacitor 17 exposed.
