titleOfInvention Metal-coated polymer material and method for producing the same
abstract Provided is a metal-coated polymer material having a metal film that is firmly adhered. Further, the present invention provides a metal coating method for a polymer material that is simple and low in cost and has a low environmental burden. In a polymer material that is metal-coated by electroless plating, the polymer material before electroless plating has an electroless plating catalyst-forming metal component on its surface and inside, and is 20 μm from the surface of the polymer material. A polymer material having a distribution in the range of 5 to 5 × 10 4 g / m 3 in terms of total metal amount in depth. In addition, a supercritical carbon dioxide fluid containing a metal complex that becomes an electroless plating catalyst by reduction and a co-solvent having polarity is brought into contact with the polymer material, and the metal complex is fixed to the surface of the polymer material and reduced. Then, a metal coating method for a polymer material, in which an electroless plating process is performed. [Selection figure] None
