titleOfInvention | Acrylic resin and composition containing the same |
abstract | An acrylic resin that can be easily produced by a low-cost polymerization method, has excellent waterproofness and moisture resistance, and does not cause repellency of a top coating agent, and a composition containing the resin are provided. At least one selected from (a1) an alkyl acrylate ester having an alkyl group having 10 to 16 carbon atoms and (a2) an alkyl methacrylate ester having an alkyl group having 14 to 16 carbon atoms ( A) Alkyl (meth) acrylic acid ester: 0.5 to 24 parts by weight and (b1) a styrene derivative and (b2) an alkyl (meth) acrylic acid ester having an alkyl group having 8 or less carbon atoms (B ) A monomer having an ethylenic double bond: an acrylic resin obtained by copolymerizing 76 to 99.5 parts by weight and a composition containing the resin. The copolymerization is preferably carried out by emulsion polymerization, and the composition is suitably used as an inorganic molded member sealer. [Selection figure] None |
