titleOfInvention Polyamide porous membrane and method for producing the same
abstract The surface layer has a function as a scaffold and is suitable for culturing large cells, breeding microorganisms, and the like. Polyamide can be produced in a relatively short time without wasting it. A polyamide solution is prepared by dissolving polyamide in an alcohol solution of calcium chloride, and a container having an opening into which the solution is injected is placed at a temperature of 0 to 40 ° C. and a relative humidity of 60 to 100%. Then, the solution is allowed to stand for 3 to 5 days to evaporate the solvent contained in the solution and absorb the solution, thereby forming a gel-like thin film on the surface of the solution. Thereafter, water is added from above the surface of the gel-like thin film, and a three-phase structure of solid phase-gel phase-solution phase appears in the gel-like thin film portion in contact with water. Of the three-phase structure that has appeared, only the gel phase is taken out of the container, the gel phase is applied to the substrate, and the coated film portion is solidified by immersing the substrate coated with the gel phase in water.
