titleOfInvention | Method for manufacturing ink jet recording head |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to eliminate or suppress eaves generated at an ejection port by eliminating or suppressing the compatibility between an ink channel forming resin that can be dissolved in a CR manufacturing method and a coating resin that forms an ink channel wall. An ink flow path is formed by mixing a dissolvable ink flow path forming resin 4 with a substance containing fluorine carbide having a molecular weight of 1000 or less and covering the surface with fluorine carbide bleeded when forming a coating film. By eliminating or suppressing the compatibility 7 with the coating resin 5 that forms the wall, “eaves” that are likely to occur at the boundary are eliminated or suppressed. If the mixing amount is too small, the effect does not appear. If the mixing amount is too large, it will remain when the resin is finally removed. [Selection] Figure 8 |
