titleOfInvention Clad material for press molding and seamless cans press-molded by the clad material
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of easily producing a thin seamless can by deep drawing molding or ironing molding, and a material for press molding suitable for carrying out the method. A clad material 1 according to the present invention comprises a base material layer 2 formed of a steel material, preferably a low C austenitic stainless steel, a first lubricating layer 3A and a first lubricating layer 3A laminated on both sides of the base material layer 2. 2 lubricating layers 3B. The first lubricating layer 3A and the second lubricating layer 3B are made of pure copper or a Cu-Ni alloy containing 60 mass% or less, preferably 20 to 40 mass% of Ni. The first lubricating layer 3A can be made of pure copper, and the second lubricating layer 3B can be made of the Cu—Ni alloy. [Selection] Figure 1
