abstract |
An excellent electrophotographic carrier and a developer for developing an electrostatic latent image, which are excellent in durability and capable of forming a fine image having no edge effect over a long period of time and are free from color stains. A carrier having a resin coating layer on the surface of a core material, wherein the resin coating layer contains a tin oxide containing antimony, and the tin oxide containing antimony contains the carrier for electrophotography. An electrophotographic carrier and a developer for developing an electrostatic latent image containing 0.0005% by mass or more and 1.0% by mass or less of antimony with respect to the total proportion.
