An electrode chip that can be used as a biosensor realizes liquid leakage prevention and stable measurement. A recess 14 is formed in a second bonding surface 3a of a chamber base 3. The conductor patterns 5 to 7 formed on the insulating substrate 2 are accommodated with a gap in the recess 14.
