titleOfInvention | Spraying method and powder quick setting material |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for spraying rapidly setting concrete with improved dust reduction effect. SOLUTION: Concrete that has been previously kneaded with water is pneumatically transported by a hose to a merging pipe to be joined with the powder quick-setting material, and water is further added to the concrete before the merging pipe, and then the concrete is pulverized. A method for spraying rapid setting concrete, characterized in that a rapid setting material is supplied from a branch pipe to a junction pipe to form quick setting concrete and sprayed from a nozzle. The amount of water added to the concrete is 20 to 200 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the powder quick-setting material, and the total amount of compressed air that is pneumatically transported to the nozzle is 5 to 30 m 3 / min in terms of atmospheric pressure. Is preferred. [Selection] Figure 1 |
