titleOfInvention | Method for forming conductive pattern and electronic substrate |
abstract | Provided is a method capable of forming a conductive pattern without deteriorating the shape accuracy of the printed pattern by the initial printing when the conductive pattern is selectively formed on the printed pattern. A metal layer 15 made of a metal material that bonds with thiol is formed on the surface of a substrate 11. A printed pattern 9 a made of alkyldithiol is formed on the metal layer 15. A coating film 17 made of alkylthiol is selectively formed on the metal layer 15 exposed from the printed pattern 9a. Thereafter, a metal pattern 19 made of a metal material that selectively binds to thiol is formed on the printed pattern 9 a, and a conductive material layer 21 is selectively formed on the metal pattern 19, and from the metal pattern 19 and the conductive material layer 21. A conductive pattern 23 is formed. [Selection] Figure 3 |
