titleOfInvention | Water-based ink composition for ballpoint pen and ballpoint pen containing the same |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an ink viscosity from excessively rising even when water in the ink evaporates, and hence excellent in dry-up resistance, good in writing at the initial stage and after the lapse of time, and without causing blurring of handwriting. An aqueous ink composition for ballpoint pens that can maintain stable writing performance and can continuously form good handwriting, and a ballpoint pen containing the same. SOLUTION: It comprises a colorant, water, a shear thinning agent, a thickening inhibitor, does not contain a water-soluble organic solvent, and the thickening inhibitor is polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, cellulose polymer compound, poly A water-based ink composition for ballpoint pens selected from a polymer compound having an alkylene oxide group, or a colorant, water, a water-soluble organic solvent, a shear thinning agent, and a thickening inhibitor. A water-based ink composition for ballpoint pens containing 10% by weight or less of the composition and containing the thickening inhibitor, and a ballpoint pen containing the same.
