abstract Disclosed is a polyimide hybrid material which can advantageously ensure transparency even if it contains a large amount of an inorganic oxide, and has excellent film forming properties. The multibranched polyamic acid in the mixture is obtained by using a mixture containing a hyperbranched polyamic acid obtained by reacting an aromatic tetracarboxylic dianhydride and an aromatic triamine and inorganic oxide fine particles. Was imidized to obtain the desired multi-branched polyimide hybrid material. [Selection] Figure 1
