abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably producing resin particles having a uniform particle size in a high yield. An aqueous dispersion (W) of resin particles (A) comprising a resin (a), an organic solvent solution of resins (b) and (b), a precursor (b0) of (b), and (b0) (O) is mixed with an oily liquid (O) composed of one or more organic solvent solutions, (O) is dispersed in (W), and (b0) or (b0) is used when the solution is used. An aqueous dispersion (X1) of resin particles (C) having a structure in which (A) is attached to the surface of (B) by reacting and forming resin particles (B) comprising (b) in (W) The resin particles (C) are produced by removing the aqueous solvent from (X1) and classifying as necessary, and producing resin particles (C) in another lot in the aqueous dispersion (W).
