The present invention provides a curing catalyst and a curable resin composition that cause less bleed-out phenomenon and quickly cure a curable silicone resin. A curing catalyst for curing a curable silicone resin containing a hydrolyzable silicon group in the molecule, and curing of the curable silicone resin that is a nitrogen-containing compound represented by the following general formula: It is a curable silicone resin composition containing a catalyst or these curing catalysts.
