titleOfInvention Electric deionized water production equipment
abstract An electric deionized water production apparatus capable of preventing weakly electrolytic substances in concentrated water from back-diffusing into a desalting chamber and deteriorating the quality of treated water. Concentration chambers are provided on both sides of a desalting chamber, and the desalination chamber and the concentration chamber are provided between a positive electrode chamber and a negative electrode chamber. A concentrated water circulation system including a concentrated water tank that circulates water is provided with a pH adjusting means for concentrated water that prevents back diffusion of undissociated molecules from the concentration chamber side to the desalting chamber side. Electric deionized water production equipment. The pH of the concentrated water is adjusted and maintained at a pH at which the weakly electrolytic substance is ionized so that it does not diffuse back to the treated water side.
