titleOfInvention | Sulfate transfer agent containing human glycosaminoglycan sulfotransferase |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human glycosaminoglycan sulfotransferase polypeptide and a DNA encoding the same. SOLUTION: A full-length cDNA of glycosaminoglycan sulfotransferase is obtained from a human-derived cDNA library by hybridization using a cDNA fragment of chicken-derived glycosaminoglycan sulfotransferase as a probe. In addition, a polypeptide is obtained using cells that retain the DNA. [Selection figure] None |
