titleOfInvention | Quantitative detection method for specimen |
abstract | Provided is a rapid and simple quantitative detection method for a specimen containing a plurality of food allergens. An antibody-immobilized carrier is prepared by arranging an antibody on a carrier having a photo-immobilized material capable of causing photo-deformation on the surface and photo-deforming the photo-immobilized material by light irradiation. And a step of contacting the test sample, a step of contacting an antibody having specificity to the substance to be detected and containing a labeled antibody, and a detection quantification step. Since the immobilization mechanism is based on the interaction at the molecular level rather than the chemical interaction, the immobilization can be performed regardless of the difference in the surface characteristics of various antibodies. Therefore, the antibody can be immobilized at a higher concentration and with a higher activity as compared with a method of immobilizing an antibody on a carrier by a hydrophobic bond or the like as in the conventional simple ELISA method. Therefore, the method of the present invention can detect and quantify food allergens contained in foods more quickly and easily than the conventional ELISA method. [Selection] Figure 1 |
