titleOfInvention Biodegradable resin composition for powder molding
abstract [Objective] To achieve high-quality powder molded products using biodegradable resins. [Constitution] Powder for powder molding is obtained by pulverizing a composition containing 95 to 50% by weight of a biodegradable resin and 5 to 50% by weight of an inorganic compound having an average particle size of 0.01 to 40 μm. The median particle size is 70 to 800 μm, the angle of repose is 27 to 38 degrees, and the bulk density is 0.27 to 0.60 g / ml. The biodegradable resin used here is usually at least one selected from the group consisting of polylactic acid, polyalkylene succinate, polycaprolactone and polyhydroxyalkanoate. The inorganic compound is usually at least one selected from the group consisting of silica, alumina, zinc oxide, magnesium hydroxide, calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, talc and mica.
