titleOfInvention | Hybrid lens manufacturing method and mold used in the manufacturing method |
abstract | The present invention provides a method suitable for manufacturing a hybrid lens having a resin layer having a large thickness and a large thickness difference. A method of manufacturing a hybrid lens 1 comprising a plastic part (resin part) 3 and a glass part (glass lens substrate) 2, wherein the plastic part 3 is molded using a first stage mold. The first stage mold corresponds to the first mold including the first molding surface corresponding to the first surface including the aspherical surface of the plastic part 3 and the second surface contacting the glass part 2. A molding step including a second mold including a second molding surface; and releasing the plastic part 3 from the first stage mold, and the first surface of the plastic part 3 is replaced with the second stage mold. The method of manufacturing the hybrid lens 1 includes a step of setting and annealing the second stage mold surface corresponding to the first surface. [Selection] Figure 1 |
