Cell sheet supply method |
abstract |
An object of the present invention is to simply supply a cell sheet so that the cell sheet can reach an affected area without being adhered to another site orally or transanally through an elongated body cavity. A step of forming a cell sheet on the surface of a temperature-responsive member by immersing and culturing a temperature-responsive member 2 having a temperature responsiveness that switches between hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity depending on the temperature. Removing the temperature-responsive member on which the cell sheet has been formed from the cell suspension and transporting it in the body cavity; and cooling the temperature-responsive member in the vicinity of the affected part in the body cavity to separate the cell sheet; A method for supplying a cell sheet is provided.
