The manufacturing method of the ground fish paste product which can manufacture potato. [Means for Solution] Fish raw materials such as surimi and fallen fish are crushed and added with additives such as salt, water, and starch to make it ground, and edible oil is added to this ground and emulsified. A method for producing a fish paste product comprising emulsified surimi, a proteolytic enzyme added in advance before heating the emulsified surimi, heating the emulsified surimi containing the proteolytic enzyme and allowing the proteolytic enzyme to act.
