abstract |
It is an object of the present invention to provide a primer set capable of discriminating DNA of Tamba black standard strain and other soybean varieties, and a soybean variety identification method using the primer set. A method for PCR of a sample soybean DNA using a primer set characterized by comprising primers of 36 kinds of simple repetitive sequence (SSR) markers present in the non-coding region in the soybean genome. Based on the identification result of the PCR product, it is discriminated whether or not the soybean sample is a Tamba black standard line. [Selection] Figure 1 |
