[Solution] At least a release layer 13, a first relief forming layer 15A, a first reflective layer 17A, a second relief forming layer 15B, and a second reflective layer 17B are provided on one surface of the substrate 11, and preferably the first layer A flexible layer 21A is provided between the reflective layer 17A and the second relief forming layer 15B, and a plurality of holograms are provided on a transfer target using the plurality of hologram transfer foils.
