abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a phosphor having twins at a high density. Further, the present invention has an object to provide a method for producing a phosphor for EL having high emission intensity by segregating Cu 2 S at a twin crystal interface, which is highly effective for a hexagonal ZnMgS: Cu phosphor. A method of manufacturing a phosphor for EL, comprising: a first step of producing a phosphor precursor; and a second step of impact compression after filling the phosphor precursor powder in a metal capsule.
