abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a cured film having good adhesion to a resin substrate such as a polycarbonate resin and having excellent scratch resistance and transparency without using a primer. A cured film in which ~ 200 nm (meth) acrylic ester organic fine particles or styrene organic fine particles are dispersed in a matrix having Si-O bonds. Further, a cured film in which colloidal silica having an average particle diameter of 1 to 200 nm and / or an inorganic ultraviolet absorber having an average particle diameter of 1 to 200 nm is dispersed in a matrix having Si—O bonds is preferable.
