titleOfInvention Method for producing ceramic solids
abstract To provide a ceramic solid having a high water quality improving effect and a high deodorizing effect. A zeolite powder obtained by pulverizing zeolite is mixed with an appropriate amount of water, preferably negative ion water, and kneaded sufficiently. Then, it is formed into a solid material having a predetermined shape, for example, a spherical material having a diameter of 5 mm to 15 mm, using a human hand. Since these zeolite spheres contain water, they are naturally dried in the shade over a week. At this time, if it is sun-dried, cracks will occur in the spherical zeolite, so care must be taken. Thereafter, the zeolite spheres are sintered in a furnace at 1150 ° C. to 1250 ° C. for about 2 days to form ceramic spheres. At this time, it is preferable to use a climbing pot that is said to generate negative ions as the furnace and to use red pine as the fuel. The sintered ceramic spheres are naturally cooled to room temperature. The shape of the zeolite solid is not limited to a spherical shape, and a shape suitable for the application may be selected.
