titleOfInvention Diaphragm for electroacoustic transducer
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm for an electroacoustic transducer using a wooden sheet, in which the wooden sheet is not broken in the mold at the time of press heat forming, and the lubricant is not seized on the mold at the time of press heat forming. A diaphragm for an electroacoustic transducer is provided. A laminated sheet in which a sheet member made of a material different from a wooden sheet is bonded to at least one surface of a single wooden sheet is immersed in an aqueous solution containing a penetrant or an aqueous solution containing a penetrant and a wetting agent. It is characterized by being formed into a predetermined shape as a diaphragm by press heat molding. [Selection] Figure 2
