abstract [PROBLEMS] To provide an electromagnetic wave countermeasure sheet that can be made thinner than conventional products while ensuring a sufficient electromagnetic wave countermeasure effect, and that has a large electromagnetic wave countermeasure effect particularly in a frequency band of 900 MHz or less and that does not hinder heat dissipation from electronic components. . An electromagnetic wave preventing sheet has a structure in which a first layer having a magnetic permeability of 7 or more and a second layer having a dielectric constant of 10 or more are laminated. The first layer 11 is formed of a composite magnetic material obtained by dispersing a flat powder of a metal magnetic material in a matrix resin, and the second layer 12 is a non-conductive material obtained by dispersing a powder of a dielectric material in a matrix resin. The composite dielectric material is used. The electromagnetic wave prevention sheet 1 configured as described above is attached to the electronic component 22 mounted on the printed wiring board 21 so that the second layer 12 and the electronic component 22 are in contact with each other.
