titleOfInvention Door core and door
abstract To prevent warping of a door. SOLUTION: A plurality of wood single plates and a metal plate 1 are laminated and pressed while being curved, and a synthetic resin cured material layer 15 is formed on the front and back to obtain a door core material 9. The door core 9 is processed with the convex surface 17 of the core 3 facing the outdoor side. In order to form the synthetic resin cured material layer 15, the plate 7 is laid, placed on both ends of the core material 3 via the support pieces 5, and the plate 8 is placed on the surface. Next, a gap 10 is formed between the plate 7 and the core material 3 and between the plate 8 and the core material 3. A synthetic resin such as an epoxy resin, an unsaturated polyester resin, or a urethane resin is injected into the gap 10 and cured. [Selection] Figure 6
