SOLUTION: A highly functional antioxidant by mixing brown rice flour, powder obtained by drying soymilk or okara soy juice, or both, and coral calcium powder adsorbing negative hydrogen ions. A composition is obtained. Moreover, food, a pharmaceutical, and cosmetics with high functionality are obtained by including the said antioxidant composition as a main component or an auxiliary component.
