titleOfInvention UV paint curing equipment, paint curing method
abstract The present invention provides an ultraviolet paint curing facility and a paint curing method capable of reducing the consumption of an inert gas and achieving early curing of an ultraviolet curable paint. A preheating furnace 11 evaporates a solvent component of an ultraviolet curable paint by applying hot air to a workpiece W. The ultraviolet curing furnace 12 irradiates the workpiece W that has passed through the preheating furnace 11 with ultraviolet rays to cure the ultraviolet curable paint. The ultraviolet curing furnace 12 is configured such that an upper part 12a of the furnace is closed and an inert gas lighter than air is accumulated inside. The preheat furnace 11 includes a hot air generator 41 and a hot air passage 42. The hot air channel 42 guides the hot air supplied from the hot air generator 41 to the ultraviolet curing furnace 12 side, and transmits the heat of the hot air to the inert gas. Thereby, the inert gas is heated and kept warm. [Selection] Figure 1
