titleOfInvention | Golf ball and method for manufacturing the same |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a golf ball manufacturing method and a golf ball that can efficiently reuse runners generated during cover molding, and are excellent in scuff resistance and controllability. The method for producing a golf ball of the present invention comprises (A) a thermoplastic resin in which (B) polyisocyanate (b-1) does not substantially react with an isocyanate group with respect to 100 parts by mass of thermoplastic polyurethane. 1 to 40 parts by mass of the polyisocyanate mixture dispersed in (b-2) and (C) the carbodiimide compound (c-1) are dispersed in the thermoplastic resin (c-2) which does not substantially react with the carbodiimide group. It includes a step of blending 1 to 50 parts by mass of the carbodiimide mixture thus obtained and obtaining a cover composition, and a step of molding a cover using the obtained cover composition.
