abstract |
A laminate comprising a polyimide resin layer and a metal layer and having high resin metal adhesion is provided. SOLUTION: (a) 100 parts by mass of a polyamic acid ester having a repeating unit represented by the following general formula (1), and (b) 0.01 to 50 mass of inorganic fine particles having an average particle size of 0.1 to 200 nm. A laminate comprising a layer comprising a cured relief pattern obtained by curing a photosensitive resin composition containing a portion, and at least one metal layer selected from the group consisting of titanium and aluminum in contact with the layer .
