titleOfInvention Solution casting method
abstract An object of the present invention is to form a film having an excellent surface shape in which generation of creases and curls is suppressed. A dope is cast from a casting die to a rotary drum. The gel film 25 having self-supporting properties is peeled off on the rotating drum 22 to obtain a soft film 27. The longitudinal elastic modulus of the soft film 27 is set to 450,000 Pa or more, and the crossover 30 is conveyed to suppress generation of creases and curls. The generated curl is corrected with a nip roller. The creases are corrected by applying a stretching force in the conveying direction of the buffy coat 27. Thereafter, it is conveyed to the tenter dryer 50. The soft film 27 is dried by the tenter dryer 50 and the drying chamber 51, and wound as the film 28 by the winder 54. [Selection] Figure 1
