abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate eyestrain and to improve neck and shoulder stiffness by applying Kampo steam which improves blood circulation of muscles and muscles around eyes to eliminate eye fatigue. SOLUTION: When Kampo is put in a fumigator and heated, it produces steam. When the eyes are exhausted, the contained Kampo ingredients penetrate into the skin and improve blood circulation.
