abstract |
Radioligands having various complex structures are synthesized. A phenyltin compound is synthesized using a derivative having a bromo or iodobenzene ring while having various functional groups as a raw material for labeling a radioligand. On the other hand, a hydroxytosyliodobenzene compound having a novel electron donating group is obtained by oxidizing iodobenzene having one or more electron donating groups and reacting with tosylic acid. Next, this compound is reacted with various phenyltin compounds to synthesize diphenyliodonium salt as a labeling precursor. Finally, by reacting the present diphenyliodonium salt with [ 18 F] F − , an 18 F-labeled ligand having various functional groups and having an [ 18 F] fluorobenzene ring is synthesized.
