abstract |
[PROBLEMS] To obtain a silica compounded rubber material with good productivity and to mix milling material generated from a silica compounded rubber material kneaded with a vulcanizing compound so as not to reduce the excellent productivity. A kneading system for a silica-containing rubber material that is well dispersed in the new silica-containing rubber material is provided. A vulcanizing compound is added to a viscosity reducing kneader 17 disposed downstream of a reaction promoting kneader 5 for kneading under a high temperature condition necessary for promoting a coupling reaction between silica and a silane coupling agent. The end rubber Ra generated from the final kneaded rubber RF containing Q is heated by the twin-screw extruder 16, then charged by the weighing conveyor 16b, kneaded with the new secondary kneaded rubber R2, and the final rubber on the downstream side. Final kneading is performed by the kneader 19 to obtain the final kneaded rubber RF. [Selection] Figure 1 |
