titleOfInvention | V-ribbed belt |
abstract | The durability of a V-ribbed belt is improved and misalignment noise is reduced. A V-ribbed belt includes an adhesive rubber layer, a canvas attached to the upper surface of the adhesive rubber layer, and a lower rubber layer formed integrally with the adhesive rubber layer on the lower surface of the adhesive rubber layer. Is provided. A core wire 11 extending in the longitudinal direction of the belt is embedded in the adhesive rubber layer 12. The adhesive rubber layer 12 has an upper layer 12A constituting the upper side of the adhesive rubber layer 12 with the core wire 11 as a boundary, and a lower layer 12B constituting the lower side. Innumerable first short fibers 21 are mixed almost uniformly into the lower layer 12B. The first short fibers 21 are oriented in the belt width direction. [Selection] Figure 1 |
