The present invention provides a heat-shrinkable polyester film suitable for a label having excellent shrinkage finish, adhesion to a bottle, and perforation opening. A polyester resin component A mainly containing a trimethylene terephthalate unit and a polyester resin component B mainly containing an ethylene terephthalate unit and a neopentyl terephthalate unit are charged into separate extruders A1 and B1, respectively, and melted. Heat-shrinkable polyester film obtained by charging resin component A and resin component B in a molten state into a static mixer, and then extruding from a T-die and cooling to form at least a uniaxially stretched unstretched sheet .
