Provided is a therapeutic agent for HIV infection that can further improve immunodeficiency. An HIV-containing expression vector comprising a nucleic acid capable of suppressing the production of HIV viral protein and a nucleic acid encoding p35, and an expression vector comprising a nucleic acid capable of inhibiting the production of HIV viral protein and a nucleic acid encoding p35. Provide anti-infective drugs. The expression vector may preferably be a baculovirus vector. Examples of nucleic acids that can suppress the production of HIV viral proteins include ribozymes, RNA aptamers, antisense nucleic acids, RNAi-inducible nucleic acids, and the like.
